The Certified PRO Hair & Makeup Artist Course is a combination of our Certified Makeup Artist Course and Elite Pro Hair Styling Course. It provides students with the skills and knowledge required to enter and thrive in the makeup industry as a full-service professional Makeup and Hair Artist.

Designed by award-winning industry educator Justine Poniris, this comprehensive course equips students with the technical skill to create numerous makeup styles, and includes advanced skills such as Air Brushing, Wedding and Editorial Makeup and Tattoo Covering.

Students will also become trained in the art of professional hair styling for editorial work, special events, photo shoots, fashion runways/events, and bridal styling.

Students in this course will gain industry work experience and will have the opportunity to learn from industry makeup artists demonstrating the latest trends in makeup straight from Fashion Week and other editorial work.

 

COURSE DURATION:  140 hours in total

Option 1:         20-week course, one day a week (weekends)

Option 2:         20-week course, one day a week (Wednesdays)

Option 3:         10-week Express course, two days a week (Monday & Tuesday)

MAKEUP KITS, HAIR TOOLS AND BRUSHES: 

– This course includes a Professional 16-piece brush set, brush cleaner, makeup wipes and Lash Pack  to Keep and Long hair styling Mannequin to use in class

– All makeup is supplied for student to use during the course whilst at the Academy.

– All hairstyling products are provided including Paul Mitchell products, brushes and combs.

— Hot tools such as Hair Dryers and Curling tongs these are not supplied as a part of the hair course, students are required to bring their own hot tools each week of the hair course.

– If required, we sell professional hair dryers fir $195 and H2D Styling Tongs for $215 (retail value is $299).

COURSE FEES & PAYMENT PLANS:

TOTAL COURSE FEE:    $3,800

 

 

DEPOSIT:       

A $800 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your course enrolment.

Once course commences no refund will be issued on monies paid

 

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS FOR COURSE BALANCE:

OPTION 1 – Pay the balance of the course on week one of your course.

OPTION 2 – Pay via 12 weekly instalments across weeks 1 to 12 of your course.

All payments are deducted on Mondays. Payment plans are by CREDIT CARD ONLY. Once the course commences no refunds will be issued on monies paid.

Times– 10am to 4.30pm

2 Days per week

 

Start date–  Saturday 12th July 

Duration – 20 weeks

Times – 10am to 4.30pm

once a week  ( No classes 20th and 27th September school Holidays )

 

Mon/Tues  25th  August 

Every Monday and Tuesday

Course Times -10am to 430 pm

 Course Duration  – 10 weeks

The Makeup Unit will begin on the 11th of August for 5 weeks , The hair unit will begin

on Monday 6th October ( there is a 3 week break in September )
